I had the joy of making some great portraits of Joe and Leann Lamb’s family in May 2022. This family of eight had a fun time standing in front of my new gray background.
They were also the first family I got to shoot entirely in black and white. I think these photographs came out beautifully.

One Saturday afternoon I took some time to tour the Kansas Aviation Museum in Wichita, Kansas. It houses an amazing collection of Wichita and aviation history. The Fourth Annual Nebraska versus Kansas Eight-man All-Star Game took place in Hays, Kansas on June 25, 2011. Nebraska took an early lead thanks to two Kansas miscues. A break from the norm of high school volleyball came with the invitation to shoot the Highland Community College versus Barton Community College match. I definitely needed to adjust to the high-speed of the college game. This was the first time ever that I shot a collegiate level volleyball match. They definitely can hit. Below…
