American Legion AAA State Baseball Salina vs McPherson 7-29-16

An elimination game finished Day Three of the 2016 American Legion Class AAA State Baseball Tournament. The game pitted McPherson versus the Salina Falcons.

The game went back and forth between the two teams. They entered the Seventh, and final, Inning tied at four runs apiece. McPherson took the game on a sacrifice fly out to centerfield that led to a walk off run being scored.

McPherson advances to the Consolation Finals with a chance to play for the State Championship on the line.

For Salina, their season has come to an end.
