The Mid-Kansas Tornadoes 10-12 year old girls softball team took to the field for their second game of the young season.
At the end of the night, they girls lost 8-7.

The last regular season game for the Otis-Bison Cougars brought the Pawnee Heights Tigers to town. As has been the theme for the year, the Cougars took control early and never let up. The Kansas Cattle Drive 2011 made a stop in Ellinwood, Kansas on Saturday, September 17, 2011. The cowboys brought almost 400 head of longhorn cattle down the brick lined main street of this Barton County town. Below are some pictures and a video I shot of the cattle:

The 8-Man Division II playoffs have begun with the Fowler Goldbugs traveling to Otis for a first round game. Otis-Bison delivered a commanding performance with a 46-0 victory.
