Hoisington at Great Bend Football 9-6-13

The 2013 High School Football Season kicked off with a battle of Highway 281. The Hoisington Cardinals made the short drive South to face the Great Bend Panthers.

Both teams took a rather warm field for a First Half that saw Great Bend dominate the First Quarter. Then Hoisington seized the momentum in the Second Quarter to reach Halftime trailing 15 to 7.

The Second Half saw Great Bend take over despite almost 70 yards of penalties to finish the game with a score of 35 to 7.
