KSHSAA State Track Meet Day 1 5-29-15

With the last weekend in May, comes the largest High School Track Meet in the nation, the Kansas State High School Activities Association’s State Track and Field Championships.

The first day started with the threat of ever more rain on a sodden city. Fortunately, that threat dissipated.

In the action on the field, a State Record was set in the 5A Boys Shot Put by Willie Morrison of Leavenworth.
